With a cPanel hosting control panel then you can use the built in File Manager to upload files to your Webspace. The File Manager is quick and easy to use and once you login to your cPanel (www.domain.ie/cpanel, replace domain.ie with your domain name) you will find it in the Files -> File Manager section.
Once you have accessed the File Manager you can choose the directory or domain you want to upload your file(s) to. You then access the file via a Web browser like you would a Web page and copy and paste the link to your file into the body of your email message or other application.
